Dear Sir,
Suppose if a Company has given remuneration to its Director more than the limit prescribed by Shareholders at the time of appointment then will Auditor give his qualification in this matter in Auditor's Report or not?

Yes he will give his qualification report thereon. because the company is not eligible to pay more than specified approval limit.
