1. Director has to file (not mandatory w.e.f. 07-05-2018) form DIR-11. Attachments
are resignation letter, proof of despatch and proof of receipt of letter by company.
2. Company has to file form DIR-12. Attachments are resignation letter, CTC of
board resolution.
