22 April 2018 ONE OF MY FRIEND RESIGNED DIRECTOR IN THE PVT. LTD COMPANY. ONLY HAVING 20% OF THE SHARE CERTIFICATE. PLEASE LET ME KNOW HIS RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUES OR CEASES FOR CURRENT LIABILITIES AND LOAN LIABILITIES AFTER RESIGNATION AS DIRECTOR IF HE HAVING SHARE CERTIFICATE.

KINDLY INFORM ROC FORMALITIES AND ALSO ANY INTIMATION IS GIVEN TO SUPPLIERS/BANKERS.

after resignation.

2. Resignation letter has to be given to company and director has to e-file form
DIR-11. Then, the company has to convene a board meeting, approve the
resignation and to e-file form DIR 12,
