Director resignation

24 April 2013 Hello friends, i have a query regarding the resignation of a director. A director has signed the resignation form but the Company is not ready to file Form 32 for the same and when i went to the ROC office they told me that there is an investor grievence link on the MCA website and lodge a complaint over there and thereafter the matter will be decided by the high court. i am a bit confused that where shall i lodge a complaint as the investor grievance link is for investors.

So please let me know that what is the correct procedure for resolving the above matter?

24 April 2013 Dear Varad Agarwal ji,

Please lodge a complaint using Investor Complaint form. There is an option for non filing of form 32. Attach your Resignation letter with the form. Also send a letter to the company for filing of form 32 and mark cc to ROC and attach all the correspondence in the Investor Complaint Form.
