In case of death of all the directors , can the legal heirs appoint a director , if so whose digital certificate will be used to upload form DIR - 12

The Companies Act, 2013 do not expressly discuss such situation, therefore,
please prepare a request letter for back-end insertion of new director signed
by all the legal heirs explaining the facts and meet the ROC.
