I am a director in one co "X" and i am planning to start one more comapny "Y"

In "Y" I m a Director

and "X" is share holder

Is this possible

21 July 2010 Yes sir this is 100% legal and very much possible. The combination mentioned by you is possible.

A person can be a director of maximum 15 companies at a time as per section 275.

21 July 2010 for the purpose of section 275 private limited company is not taken into consideration. Only public limited companies are counted
