13 May 2010 Additional Director is appointed during the year by the Board under Sec 260 and regularised at the AGM.

Alternate Director is appt u/s 262 to fill casual vacancies of director who is a appointed at members meeting.

Alternate director (B) is a person who act for a original director(A) during his(A's) absence. The aleranate director shall vacte his office of director when the original director returns to his place(Section 313)
