What is the differrence between Director & Additional Director,Alternate Director?

Additional Director is appointed during the year by the Board under Sec 260 and regularised at the AGM.
Alternate Director is appt u/s 262 to fill casual vacancies of director who is a appointed at members meeting.

I just want to clarify,
Alternate director (B) is a person who act for a original director(A) during his(A's) absence. The aleranate director shall vacte his office of director when the original director returns to his place(Section 313)

So, additional director has the same powers of any other directors?

Yes. But he is due to be regularised at the AGM. If not, then he vacates office automatically.
