how to appoint a new director
wheather we have to obtain the din first or we can file form 32 before obtaining the din.

24 November 2009 Dear Naveen, firstly you need to obtain a DIN. It's mandatory.

Procedure:
1. Firstly obtain the DIN of proposed director.
2. Get the DIN approved from MCA.
3. Convene a Board Meeting for appointment of director
4. Fill form-32 and get it certified from a Practicing CS/CA and upload the same on MCA site for ROC filing with in 30 days from the date of Appointment of director i.e. date of passing resolution in Board meeting (Board Meeting).
