Hello Sir, IS the MVAT Challan also treated as Return for the quarterly filing of MVAT?. Because we have got a Challan dated 20th Oct 2012 stating in Comments " Return-231" on the Challan. Will this be sufficent or we need to file the online return again? As 21st OCt was the last date for the 2nd Quarter of F.Y. 12-13
