Is deduction limit of rs. 30000/- and Rs. 150000/- of interest on loan allowed for self occupied units not for letout property and deemed letout property ?

Its only for Self Occupied House Property

yes, this maximum amount is applicable only in case of self occupied. in case of let out and deemed let out, there is no maximum limit, full interest paid/payable is allowed.
