Direct admission in ipcc

Sir i got 53% in b.com. now i want to do ca then i can get direct admission in ipcc level. i am got mks in second year taxation 50, cost & management accounting 76, and fin accounting 62 and my third year mks fin. mngt & per fin. 64, audit 56, and fin accounting 67.
can i get admission based on that marks.
