10 July 2018 Whether DIR KYC is to be filed by a Director who has taken DIN in March 2018.

10 July 2018 Yes. Individuals who are having or have been allotted DIN as at 31st March, 2018, have to file DIR-3 KYC before 31st August, 2018. Those who have obtained after 31st March, 2018, have to file the form next following year before 30th April. Subsequently, everyone has to file DIR-3KYC every year before 30th April.
