Dir-3 kyc of directors

04 April 2019 Dear Sir/Mam,

I want to know is DIR-3 KYC has to be filed for every Financial year ? At present when I am trying to file the form of one director for F.Y. 2019-20, the form gives me an error message that KYC has already been filed for this director.

Please reply if anyone has the answer to it.

04 April 2019 Every individual who has been allotted DIN as on March 31, 2019 need to file DIR 3 KYC before 30.04.2019

04 April 2019 Yes, correct. But I have already filed DIR-3 KYC in the last financial year of this particular director. Now the form is not allowing me to file it again and I am getting an error message when I put the DIN number in the form.

05 April 2019 Ok. Does it mean that doing KYC of Directors is only one time activity and not every financial year.
