Can EFORM DIR-3 BE SIGNED BY PPROFESSIONAL IN DIGITAL SIGNATURE PLACE OF THE APPLICANT IN THE EFORM.

It has to signed by the applicant itself.

Can't sign so. The applicant has to affix his/her DSC in the 'verification' part of e-form DIR-3 and the professional (in whole time practice) has to affix his/her DSC in the space provided under 'certification' part of the e-form DIR-3.
