29 August 2014 CAN I FILE 1(ONE) ROC FORM DIR-12
TO APPOINT MR.A AS A DIRECTOR AND RESIGN MR.B AS DIRECTOR ON THE SAME DATE.

IS IT MANDATORY TO FILE DIR-11 FOR RESIGNING A DIRECTOR.

29 August 2014 Filing of form DIR.11 for resigning director is compulsory without any doubt. It is duty of resigning director to file form Dir.12.

Yes you can file single form DIR.12 for both purposes provided date of event is same. Rest is dependent on the composition of your board of directors.
