What are the provisions in case if director has filed DIR 11 for his resignation and company has not filed DIR 12.

It is duty of director to file form DIR.11 and duty of company to file form IR.12.
In case company fail to file form DIR.12 on time then this default on the part of company wont affact the resignation and resignation will be effective as per the details filed through form DIR.11.
Company can file form DIR.12 with late fee. That is not a big deal.
