11 October 2014 Please clear some point regarding DIR-11

1 - point no-5 (Reason for Resignation), what
are the general reason can be shown as ..
2 - point no-6 Whether confirmation is received from the company (Yes/No)
3 - attachment - Proof of dispatch (as it is hand delivery)

11 October 2014 1. A director can resign by simply saying he is resigning due to personal reasons. No need to give any specific reason.

2. Confirmation from company is not compulsory so you can mention NO.

3. Receipt of resignation can be taken as proof of delivery.
