I have filed form DIR-12 for resignatipon is it compulsary to file form DIR-11 after filing DIR-12 and is there any time limit for filing it.

DIR - 11 should be filed before you file DIR 12, since DIR 12 is under STP, you wont be allowed to file DIR 11 now.
