DIN for foreign National

11 January 2011 Hi Friends.....

I have a doubt regarding DIN Application for a Foreign National. Its Heard that the Foreign National have to undergo Police Verification and the Original Copy of the Report have to be enclosed with the DIN Application. The DIN Portal of MCA do not give any instructions in this regard.Please do give a reply on this at the earliest.

11 January 2011 For a foreign national DIN application and other id and address proofs can be attested by the Managing Director of the Company in which he is to be appointed as Director or if that company has a Company Secretary in wholetime service, the DIN application can be attested by CS.
