DIN application

A DIN form was created in feb, 2008. Due to non-availability of proofs, it could not be sent to DIN Cell. I want to know whether the same form can be sent now or a new form is to be used. The status of the form is still provisional as I checked it with MCA site. Please tell me what to do.

The Din which you have generated is valid for 60days only. Before the expiry of 60th day you have to submit all proofs and get it approved.
In the above case since you are telling feb 2008 it should have been cancelled. Or if it is feb 2009 then calcuate the 60th day, since we are in april 2009 and if time is there send the doucments immediately by speed post to din cell.
