25 April 2011 DIN 1 MAINLY PROOF DIRECTOR NOTIFICATION. A COPY OF BOARD RESOLUTION DIRECTOR FULL IDENTY PROOF & ADDRESS PROOF. SEND TO MCA PORTAL. THEN MCA PORTAL GIVE DIN NO.

25 April 2011 Clause 12 of DIN-1 is for permanent address and clause 13 is for present address. If the above addresses are not same proof of both should be attached with DIN-1 because the words used in instructions is in plural viz.,"address proofs".
