YOU HAVE IDENTITY EVEN IF U DON'T HAVE ANY ID PROOF. BUT AS FAR AS ISSUED OF DIN IS CONCERNED, IDENTITY PROOF IS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE APPLICATION. IF U HAVE BANK ACCOUNT AND ON PASSBOOK PHOTO IS PASTED UNDER SIGN OF BANK AUTHORITY THEN THE SAME CAN BE SUBMITTED FOR ALLOTMENT OF DIN. DATE OF BIRTH PROOF CAN BE OBTAINED FROM LOCAL ELECTED REPRESENTATIVE. OR FIRST U CAN APPLY FOR ALLOTMENT OF PAN WITH SUBMITTING BANK PASSBOOK AS PROOF. I MEAN I HAVE GIVEN U THE HINTS AND THE PAPERS CAN BE ARRANGED MEETING WITH SOME PERSON WHO CAN GUIDE U IN THE MATTER.
