31 May 2010 Hello Members,

I have filed DIN 1 twice . First time i filled and then paid the fees of Rs. 100/- and later due to communication gap the DIN 1 was filled again but fees of Rs. 100/- not paid. So which one should i consider.

31 May 2010 Check the approval status of first DIN 1 by using the SRN. If the status shows approved,use that DIN. Since fee is not paid for the 2nd DIN, it will automatically lapse on the next day of the due date of fee payment.

01 June 2010 Since you have not paid fees for the second form, it will get lapsed.

The first DIN application should be approved by MCA provided you have filled in the details correctly. You may keep on verifying the status at regular intervals. If this application gets rejected, then the reason for the same will also be provided by MCA.
