IN DIN-4, ANNEXURE-2 HAS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE FORM BUT I WANT TO KNOW THAT WHETHER AFFIDAVIT HAS TO BE GIVEN IN PLAIN PAPER OR STAMP PAPER AND THE VALUE OF STAMP PAPER.
