25 February 2010 dear all,
iwas trying to give the DIN no. of a director in the boxpecified in pt. 4(b) of 23ac. A popup with message enter valid din appeared. the client says it is a valid one. how do i overcome this problem.

25 February 2010 Kindly ask your director to provide the letter issued by MCA on allotment of DIN. From this letter you can verify the DIN number.

Fill the details and find the validity of DIN No.

25 February 2010 sir,
on ur suggestion i entered the din no. in the mca portal and the name and dt of approval has displayed.then y is it that in the form 23ac when i fill the din no. and say prefill the details do not come. does it mean that the co. has not intimated to roc in din 3.

one more query, the date of signing of bs in form 23ac 4(b)is it by directors? and date of signing board report. pls explain these dt.
