03 September 2014 My company was incorporated in 2004 but we have not filed any Annual filing in ROC since 2006, but we want to file all annual filing from default and our company's status showing dormant on mca site but when we are filing form GNL-2,(for CG approval)in Director's signatory detail an error showing " "The company is in defaulting of filing of form DIN3/Form DIR12" so that we are unable to file above mention form.can any one tell me what should i do?

this is problem coming with all.
but still there is no corresponding form of form din-3

04 September 2014 but they said DIN-3 will come..but when? no time limit mention.

05 September 2014 First of all you have to get your status changed from format to regular by filing form No. 66 and to do so you have to take the help of a CS who will get is approved and regularize. Only after regularization you can file all or any of the documents you are trying to file and update your company.
