12 December 2009 applicants name and his fathers name does not have lastnames. please clarify me whether seperate affidavits ( i.e. affidavits in two stamp papers, one for applicants last name and another for applicants father's last name ) are required or only one affidavit is enough( for both applicants and his fathers last name ) ?
