plz giv me advise about DIN 2 late filing fees,,,,,Directors get there DIN on june09,,,

DIN-2 is a form to be filed to the company by the Director concerned for which there is no fees. Whereas DIN-1 and DIN-3 has filing fees and that is available in the link given by Aditya Ji.
