Please any one help me by saying if DIN 4 is to be filled on a stamp paper and also tell me can the supporting documents for DIR 3 be attested by a CA. If it needs to be attested by a govt officials?

Form DIN-4 is now Form DIR-6. Deceleration in Form DIR-7 is mandatory in stamp paper duly notarized.
DIR-7 will be an attachment of Form DIR-6.
Supporting papers of Form DIR-3 should be self attested and not by CA. Only deceleration should be duly notarized by advocate.
