IS DIGITAL SIGNATURE MANDATORY FOR INDIVIDUALS/HUF HAVING INCOME OF MORE THAN 10LAKHS ?

No digital signature is not mandatory for individuals whose income exceeds Rs. 10 lakhs. For such assessees e-filing is mandatory.
Digital signature is mandatory only for assessees who are required to get their accounts audited.
