DOWNLOAD THE APPLICATION FROM www.tcs-ca.tcs.co.in, FILL IT UP ,ENCLOSE A VERIFICATION DOCUMENT LIKE PASSPORT,VOTER ID/PAN CARD ETC AND D.D FOR THE REQUIRED FEES (DEPENDS ACCORDING TO YOUR REQUIRED VALIDITY PERIOD SAY ONE YEAR,TWO YEARS ETC.,) AND SEND TO TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES (ONE OF THE CERTIFYING AUTHORITY)
