Can I change Digital Signature Password ?
Please help me.

contact ur issuing agency who has issued DSC to u. Yes, u can file ITR with ur DSC

yea, u can easily change ur DSC password.
just insert ur DSC token in USB port, go to Start menu, choose E-token. A window will be displayed in which on the upper side there is an option advanced search, just click on that. Then u will be asked to give ur current password.
After that u can easily change ur password by choosing the option change password.
The only thing needed in this whole procedure is that u should knw ur current password, else contact to ur DSC issuing agency/company.
U can file ur IT return with DSC.
