Can Digital Signature be issued 2 anyone or jus 2 Govt employee of MCA,DIR,CS-CA in practice??....Plz do guide

To get Digital Signature Certificate ( DSC), requirements are PAN, Address proof, Mobile number and Mail ID, Photograph and Application form. There are agents working for TSC. Mudra, N Code solutions which give DSC. The general time taken for getting this is 2 days. If the finger print mechanism is used for DSC application, you can get DSC instantly.One year or two years is the time period. Cost varies from person to person. Alladin type DSC can be used for participating in Govt tenders also besides ROC, Income tax filing etc., unlike e'pass token which can be used for ROC/IT filings.
