Different serial no of form 102 and 103

26 September 2012 does the serial no of the articleship matters? I have to fill up a new form but my previous 102 form has already been stamped. I haven't submitted any forms yet but I cant get the new form 102 stamped as my last date of stamping is 30th sept. I need to undergo articleship for 7 months before IPCC-1 as per the new rule. Please help!

27 September 2012 I had a talk with the articles department. They said the serial number shouldn't change.
And I have to get the new form 102 stamped again. The receptionists at ICAI- Kolkata can never provide with proper information.

27 September 2012 Neither they let us talk to higher authorities. Here most of the time the security guards attends the phone calls or queries!
