Different cst rate

This query is : Resolved

24 April 2012 IN A CO, there are inter-state purchases,
in some bills cst charged is 2% and in some bills cst charged is 12.5% and in some bills 5%, but we have given our tin no. to all the 3 parties
how it is possible, is it possible under which provisions?

24 April 2012 there are only two rates for CST (interstate Purchase/Sales)1 is 2% and 5%

2% is for registered dealer under CST act and willing to give C Form to Seller
5% is for registered dealer without C Form

12.5% is when you have given CST No or they have not considered it and charged local vat

you just checked all the bill and according to it please clarify yourself
