Difference in tds certificate n 26as

i had filed my IT return of AY 9-10 on time but still not get refund. when i ask about this from IT deppt they said there is mismatch in ur Tds certificate and 26AS. in 26AS it shows U against 2 payment.
hw can i solve this problem n get my refund.

23 August 2011 you need to contact your TDS deducted person and ask them to correct their TDS return and match your Certificate and Form 26AS, them you can get refund

23 August 2011 You should contact with the person who issued you TDS certificate and show the mismatch of your 26AS statement and TDS certifcate. Request him to revise his TDS return as per TDS certifiacte to enable you to get the credit in 26AS and income tax refund.

23 August 2011 if the deductor not cooperate you need to approach your A.O. with original TDS certificate issued by the deductor
