difference between verification and certified copies

Sir,.what is the difference between verification of answer sheets and application of certified copies?
if I applied for certified copies, then wether verification will be done Suo Moto?
or again I have to apply for verification separately?

In verification, only your marks are rechecked while in certified copies you will receive your copy..

While u apply for certified copies, verification also done by ICAI.

.so finally if I apply for certified than no need of verification which will be duplication of same process
