14 January 2015 please can anyone tell me difference between standalone and consolidated balance sheet.

14 January 2015 Standalone is individual balance sheet. Consolidated is consolidated balance sheet including its subsidiaries.

14 January 2015 standalone means financial statments are prepared for 1 single company only and in consolidated it includes that of subsidiaries.

consolidate it is combined of two or more business balance sheet.
