hello all,
can someone kindly point out some case laws which highlight the difference between a professional and a contractor.( when the person involved is not engaged in a profession like medicine, law etc.)

There are umpteen number of case laws available. Profession involves the individual/ personal skill. Contractor may have management skill but not the individual expertise. e.g.doctor, ca, lawyer, architecht.
