if any assessee has died and his heirs wanted last 3 Acknowledgement from Dept and heirs does not know the CA from which Assessee has filed the return.
But assessee heirs are sure that he has not filed return electronically

go to the jurisdictional tax office. AO should be able to provide you the same
12 August 2014
you can know from the AO of your area and then form PAN you can know the status of return.
