Didnt filled bank details in form 108

29 January 2017 plz reply to my query.
i have not filled bank deatils in form 108 since i didnt get regular stipends....many times i got stipend in cash...nt now institute has send a letter to reply whether monthly stipend has been paid or not by account payee cheque as per regulation 48..
now what should i reply..
shall i fill the form 108 again and send them with bank details ...or shall i strike or cut the blank space meant for bank details to be filled and send form 108 again

30 January 2017 Khushboo, it is mandatory to pay the stipend through Account pay cheque only. U must ask ur CA before accepting the cash. Or u may ask him/her to provide u the cheque after some time and not to accept cash immediately. Coz through cheque the institute will verify the number of months worked, under the principal and that is not possible in case of cash payment.

30 January 2017 bt i have already filled my form 108 without bank details ...and institute needs reply
now what should i reply to institute
shall i give a certificate to institute regarding my bank details....
i dont know how they will deal with it since i got irregular stipends....i used to get sometimes stipend in cash and sometimes by cheque

30 January 2017 U must reply to the letter in written. I'll suggest to first discuss it with ur principal, and after that send the letter in reply to the institute, and after that see, what ICAI decides. But first discuss it with ur principal
