Hi!This is Ashlesh.
My question is:
If services of caterer are availed outside India and payment is also made by credit card issued by the Indian Bank, will the transaction be taxable in India? Guide me considering the related other laws to this transaction.

Facts are nor clear. Whether services were performed outside India and whether caterer received payments in fully convertible foreign exchange?
