19 December 2009 In Balance Sheet an individual has shown in Liabllities as 60 laks as capital account, and sundry creditors as 20 lakhs loan recd as 10 lakhs and tallied with Asset Side with 10 thousand as cash in hand, 1 laks at cash at bank and balance as land and buildings. For availing loan Banker is asking bifurcation of Capital Account. How to show details of capital account. Kindly guide. This is very urgent

19 December 2009 I think your banker is asking for bifucation of capital. is there any other partners in your firm ? or its your properiotership business.

19 December 2009 Kindly let me clear, probably your banker is intended to know that how your capital is built up. They want to insight to your personal liabilities on account of captial sources.

19 December 2009 In the capital account, the profit was not added to capital account, hence he got the confusion.
