04 November 2009 Writ petition could be described as a tool in the hands of the petioners through which he urges before the judicial authorities to extend shelter where the subject requires the interpretation of the courts on consitutional issues.

The Court examin the issue raised and sea the materiality and allow the petioner to file if it is justified the issue in the interest of general public, law, constitution, social welfare etc.
