Please let me know who are designated directors in the company. Is there any qualifications for such directors.

I am not clear..Whtr u r asking about Designeted Partner in the new LLP Act 2008 or something else? I am a company secretary..So far i hav'nt came across such word.

thanx for the clarification.. Companies Act does'nt talk of this..For complying with Stock Xchange regulations some director to be designated as Designated Director. For this Stock Xchange will specify the requirement. I am having a check list kind if document from a stock xchange which wl b helpful for u.
If u giv ur mail id i'll mail it t u.
