is it 10% or 15 %

They all are the electric fittings and not machinery.
Hence rate is 10% p.a for depreciation.

21 March 2016 In the normal course of business, all the items enlisted by you fall in 10% depreciation category. (For example water purifier in case of pure water supplying company and used as such may be regarded as machinery, but not otherwise)
