computer software like tally, SAP, ERP these are all whether capitalized in our books or not? & also suggest the rate of depreciation for that as per IT & companies act

Software Like Tally ,SAP & ERP Can be capitalized as Intangible asset it is part of Computer it can be charged 60% Income Tax act ,63.16% WDV as per Companies Act 2013.
