Hi to experts...
I want to buy a car of rs 6 lakhs in my wife's name who has only income from other sources... if I will give a cheque of rs 3 lac to car dealer or in wife's account than can I get depreciation benefits of 3 lac in my business books is it possible??

You can not claim depreciation of Car since it is in your wife's name.
