IN THIS METHOD WE TAKE DEPRECIATION ON COST OF MACHINERY
IT MEANS EVERY YEAR DEPRECIAON REMAIN SAME IN EVERY YEAR

UNDER BOTH METHOD DEPRECIATION RATES ARE DIFF.
