what is the depreation rate for projector bulbs and v-sat as per IT Act and also under companies Act

they are office equipments depriciation rate as per IT is 15 % and as per company act is 13.91 % minimum

This should be @100% as it does not have estimated life as well as you do not know when it will get fused
